Hi! I am Chami :)

I grew up in Monsey, NY in a loving home with my parents and siblings. I am the 4th of 5 children. After getting married in 2002, my husband and I settled in Brooklyn and I taught preschool on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. With our 16 month old baby and another on the way, we moved across the country in 2004 as Chabad Shluchim. We settled in Long Beach, CA, my husband's home town, where he took over the reins of the camp that his father founded before he was born.

As our family continued to grow, I found myself on a parenting roller coaster as we desperately tried to find answers and ways to help our high functioning ASD child succeed.  As I navigated this new world of therapies and specialists, I stumbled upon "Energy Work" when my friend and neighbor, a Bioenergetic Psychologist, assured me that she can help. We scheduled a session and I was intrigued by the immediate change that came about.  My child entered the session highly anxious, afraid of the dark, checking windows and doors and unable to sleep alone. He left that session riding his bike home in the dark a block ahead of me. If that wasn't enough, he then went on to go to sleep on his own, in his own bed. This was just about all I needed to get hooked and learn more.

A few years later,  when a family friend introduced me to The Emotion Code and The Body Code, which he was practicing, I immediately connected with it and had him working on everyone in my family. Week after week we had amazing success stories to report back to the practitioner.  Seeing how helpful and healing these sessions were, it didn't take long before I began learning, practicing on my family and beginning the journey of getting certified, with his incredible guidance.

Now, I am a very grateful, busy mother of a large family thank G-d, a wife, a camp director, a certified Kallah Teacher and a certified Emotion Code Practitioner. I learned the incredible value of energy work along my journey of raising a child who is high functioning on the Autistic Spectrum. I feel that raising a child with different needs has made me and my family better, kinder and more compassionate people. It has also put me on this wonderful path of being able to help people achieve better physical, emotional and mental health.
